HOW TO PUT ON.
- Put device on each bicep.
- Make sure the connector ring is on the back side arm.
- Right handers the connector ring will be on the right side & Left Handers it will be on the left.
- Connector Ring goes above hitters hands.
- Disconnect device from the bat for a full swing.
TEE WORK
- Creating linear drive with the hips and getting to the contact point with force.
- Palm up palm down approach. 3 points of contact with the tee. Inside, Middle, Outside.
After your hitter has finished TEE WORK he / she can begin with SOFT TOSS & even FRONT TOSS. After your hitter has gotten a good amount of reps in you can now remove the connector from the bat. This will allow the hitter to finish his swing while still staying nice and tight with his top half.
